Before any bot existed, there was a website — built just for fun. May 2024: the clan gets its first home on the internet.
- Free clan joins via a simple Typebot intake, plus a Discord link.
- Every member got a hand-made AI portrait — Soup wrote each character from their real traits (this later became the presence-alert art).
FUN FACTAsamad89: confident truck driver with a semi-truck helmet. Hosty: biryani dish for a head. IG_Juicy: milk carton head. These weren’t jokes — they were canon.
Monetized before the product existed
A full paid VIP flow built in a single evening — two weeks BEFORE the first API experiment.
- Payment page, success page (“Payment Successful — Thank you for your subscription. You’re now a VIP Clan Member.”), cancel page — about an hour of work.
- Perks at the time: giveaways, website feature, priority voting.
- 3 people paid while the clan “had nothing basically” — Soup marketed it mid-game.
- Later update — Sep 3, 2026: relaunched as “The Loadout,” a 7-card VIP perks grid, with Mattermost access added as an 8th perk the same day.

An unofficial PlayStation API found on GitHub. Everything starts here.
- Library: psnawp (isFakeAccount’s fork).
- Repo “psn-gpt” created — first commit, 3 commits total, done by Jun 17.
The Discord status bot
2+ clan members online → Discord announces what they’re playing.
- Two tiers: FOUNDERS alerted every 45 min, CLAN_MEMBERS every 2 hours.
- Smart triggers: fires only when MORE people are online than at the last alert; posts “offline” when everyone drops; skips single-player sessions.
- Easter egg: when Ace is online with 4+ founders, a GPT-4o hype message about iced cappuccinos drops into the PSN group — the origin of the “Iced Cap STORY” button.
Every alert gets an AI portrait
DALL-E 3 paints the squad that’s online — comic-style, at sunset.
- DALL-E 3 via Azure OpenAI, 1024×1024.
- One group illustration per alert: “Comic-style digital illustration of N characters standing side by side in a futuristic city at sunset…” with each member drawn from Soup’s hand-written descriptions.
“ai”: GPT moves into the group chat
Type “ai” + a message in the PSN group — GPT-4o answers like one of the squad.
- Polled the group every 20 seconds; replies deduped.
- Soup believes they were the first human in history to do this.

Twelve months of quiet
psn-gpt goes silent. The bots keep running in the background.
- ~12 months, no commits.
- The project hibernates — but nothing gets deleted.

The Comeback
June 2026
The Stream Deck that restarted everything
Asamad89 gifts Soup a Stream Deck. One whim later, the project is back.
- Soup wanted to message the squad from a physical button press.
- The psn-messenger repo is born.
- The comeback begins.
The roast button
One button. AI-generated roasts fired at whoever’s online and in-game.
- Roast dossiers hardcoded per member: Asamad89 the excuse factory (“my R3 is broken”, “my screen is tilted”), Ace the iced-cap addict, Kaptaan “certified thurki”.
- Max 100 characters — must fit a PlayStation notification preview.
- Legendary moment: the bot randomly generated the EXACT roast a clan member was about to type — same second. Epic and scary.
- Now on-demand only: the auto-roast loop got disabled after it started doubling up.
FUN FACTHouse rules — “Be MEAN. Ruthless. Millennial energy. No mercy.” Profanity encouraged, including Urdu/Punjabi slang. Xbox 360 lobby energy meets group-chat savagery.
Chat Board: a Stream Deck for everyone
Clan members get a virtual button board in the browser.
- Create your own: type plain text → AI makes it engaging → saved as your button.
- It lived on psn.crcmz.me — which quietly became app.crcmz.me, the main app.

The bot learns to summarize
@crcmz-bot summarize — catch up on 300 messages in 30 seconds.
- Text summary AND a Kokoro TTS voice note (transcoded to OGG Opus so it plays on iOS).
- The same evening’s commits show the tuning war: bullet-only output, suppressing the model’s “thinking” preamble, typing indicators.
clawbot joins the squad
Full circle: the OpenClaw demo that sparked the WhatsApp bot is now IN the app.
- “ask claw” in WhatsApp delegates build requests to an engineer agent, with job logs posted back to chat.
- Typing “i am your creator” unlocks a creator diagnostic mode.
MCP: all the data, everywhere
Every tool becomes a queryable server. “This was the aha moment.”
- POST /mcp exposed — read-write the SAME day.
- Per-user OAuth (PKCE) unlocks messaging tools.
- Identity graph: Zitadel metadata ties one person across PSN, WhatsApp, and Mattermost.

- The dream: an AI coaching platform — point it at a stream, get analysis.
- The realization: the video pipeline was ALREADY BUILT. 85% done.
- The missing 15%: run video through analysis.
- Astra was the dream tool — too expensive. So: a local VLM proof-of-concept instead.
TheMooseCompany’s Muse demo
“Why the hell would I give data to Meta” → one demo later, the final piece clicks.
- Brushed off at first over privacy concerns — exited the app immediately.
- Then the demo: social posts, video generation… and the realization: Muse has VISION.
- It can analyze video.
